As part of our sustainability initiative, we are developing ways to syndicate JV equity via 1031 exchanges. Our program allows the average residential homeowner, as well as more typical exchange buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, to participate in large-scale investments.  We believe commercial real estate investing shouldn't be limited to giant corporations and the mega-rich, as the more sustainable economic model is one where more individuals can take part.
