Our Team
Dickson Companies was founded in 2016 by Charles Ryan Dickson, a Utah native with over 20 years in the real estate business. Since its inception, Dickson Companies has accumulated more than two million square feet of development experience in Utah and has begun looking at other markets throughout the West. Dickson specializes in industrial projects but also has experience in office and multi-family. Most importantly, Dickson Companies is dedicated to sustainable development, making all future projects carbon-neutral.
Erin Spencer joined Dickson in 2022 as its Director of Sustainability and has made sustainability ethics pervasive throughout all facets of the business from site selection to project design, delivery, and even financing. Dickson Companies remains a small, boutique developer in terms of its size, structure, and personal approach, but with a highly scalable capacity for significant volume and massive projects due to strong relationships with key contractors, consultants, vendors, and financing partners. The real estate business is full of opportunities to reduce humanity's carbon footprint and make the world a more beautiful and sustainable place. We aim to leave it better than we found it.
